Dr. Pradeep Srivastava was discovered to have provided large amount of charitiable care to the residents of Prince George's County, Maryland.
 
Dr. Pradeep Srivastava was recommeded by several physicians in Prince George's County including the president of BPQA to Governor Erlich.
 
The Honarable Governor Erlich awarded Dr. Srivastava two citations in 2003 for his humanitarian services and for his care to the residents of Maryland.
